Why are we passionate about burnout?

Prior to founding LARASAH, our team experienced burnout first hand. As professionals, as leaders and as entrepreneurs. We know firsthand how important it is to foster a culture that allows employees to thrive so that we can achieve our mission. We also know that when we’re burnt out, it doesn’t just affect our work, it can affect our health and our relationships at home and socially.
Founded on scientific research and personal and client experience, we know the solution doesn’t have to be hard or disruptive.

We learn which structures and strategies allow us to thrive. There are fundamental structures we need to survive and thrive as humans, but how we build them is unique. We are passionate about teaching, discerning and practicing sovereignty personally, in our teams and with our clients.
Practicing sovereignty is the ability to govern our life in a way that feels uniquely aligned to us while being respectful of others’ sovereignty. When we aren’t able to practice structures that nourish and replenish us, we experience exhaustion and low productivity. We encourage accountability and focus on delivering results for our clients without compromising wellness.
Authenticity
Speak our truth.
Authenticity is the way we show up in the world that feels unique, honest and aligned when we aren't afraid of other’s opinions. We know that speaking up when we see things that are not ok is vital. We teach and encourage techniques that allow us to listen and be heard effectively. When we live our lives the way we feel we “should” or “have to” while ignoring our unique desires and needs, we experience cynicism, low energy and motivation. We teach, encourage and practice authenticity personally, in our teams and with our clients.
